Influenced by Monaco and the South of France, APM Monaco is a contemporary and endearing fashion jewellery brand with a touch of Monegasque elegance. Named after its founder Ariane Prette, APM Monaco was created in 1982. In 2012, the Prette family decided to focus on silver jewellery with a cutting-edge design, while continuing to perpetuate Ariane's legacy. With over 400 points of sale already, APM Monaco is continuing to expand and has many plans to open new stores around the world. APM MONACO is recruiting a Store Manager for our new shop at Cortina d'Ampezzo Sales Analyse sales reports and data to determine business needs and implement strategies Define individual objectives for sales advisers Collaborate with the marketing team Ensure the quality of customer service Resolve customer complaints and support decisions made by sales advisers Operations Ensure the maintenance, presentation and organisation of the shop Monitor expenditure on blinds Manage the inventory and ensure that staff adhere to procedures and are trained in the use of the POS. Visual Merchandising Ensuring that the store is clean, organised and complies with management guidelines Work with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure that the store's assortment is correct Human Resources Participate in the recruitment, training and development of staff Develop and monitor training programmes Helping to resolve HR problems Ensuring that professional image and standards are respected and reflect the brand image You love APM Monaco You have solid experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager You have experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising You are fluent in English You know how to analyse sales reports and react quickly You are flexible in terms of working hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays) Don't wait any longer to join APM Monaco, apply now Recommendations: English level required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Relocation assistance Store discount Day shift Flexible working hours, including weekdays and weekends
