Overview
As a Mechanical Engineer at GEA, you design and configure homogenizers to meet customer specs and project needs, supporting multiple departments through the project lifecycle. You will validate pharmaceutical units and ensure compliance with standards, contributing to product and process improvements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and Sales on technical discussions, all while applying LEAN principles. Responsabilità Design and configure homogenizers per customer specifications and project requirements
Provide technical support to internal departments throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with Sales in customer meetings and technical discussions
Execute validation procedures for pharmaceutical homogenizer units ensuring regulatory compliance
Apply knowledge of industry regulations and norms related to homogenizer design and manufacturing
Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes and engineering practices
Support cross-functional projects and collaborate across departments and Group companies
Promote teamwork, innovation and operational excellence aligned with LEAN principles
Requisiti fondamentali Master in Mechanical Engineering or related field
0-3 years of engineering, design or technical experience
Good command of English (minimum B1)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment
Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
