With a customer base in more than 150 countries and a strong focus on innovation, we are part of the Aretè Cocchi Technology Group and work every day to make airports around the world safer, more efficient, and sustainable.The Role As a Bid Executive, you will join our international sales team and act as the key interface between our global customers and OCEM’s internal departments. You will collaborate closely with Area Managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.Key responsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with international customers via email, phone, and video meetingsPrepare quotations and commercial offers for products, spare parts, and projects Support Area Managers in generating new business opportunities Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, technical, logistics, administration) to ensure proper order executionMonitor offer and order progress and maintain accurate CRM recordsParticipate in international trade fairs, meetings, and customer visionRequirementsDegree in Economics, Management, or a related fieldExcellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong plusStrong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools \ Team-oriented mindset and ability to work across multiple departmentsWillingness to travel internationally for fairs, trainings, and customer visitsPrevious experience in a commercial or customer support role within an international environment will be considered a plusWhat We OfferA role within a multinational organization with a strong technical culture and focus on excellenceContinuous professional training on products and international marketsOpportunities for career development in a global sales environmentA collaborative, dynamic, and international workplaceSeniority level AssociateEmployment type Full-timeIndustries Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
