We offer a maternity-leave contract Mission The Tax Specialist is responsible for overseeing the fiscal operations of the company, including fiscal planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and reporting. This role ensures that the organization's fiscal processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations. Key AccountabilitiesFinancial Planning and Analysis on fiscal mattersDevelop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts on fiscal matters Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and identify areas for improvementResearch and AnalysisConduct research on tax laws, regulations, rulings, and court cases to stay updated on changes and developments Analyze tax issues and implications related to specific transactions, investments, or business operationsTax Planning and OptimizationIdentify opportunities (credit tax, exemption) to minimize tax liabilities, maximize tax benefits Advise on tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and other strategic initiatives Draft and electronically submit annual and monthly obligations Support colleagues in the operating network in preparing the tax documentation necessary to participate in tenders or consultancy on various tax issues before signing contracts or in the event of disputes with suppliers / customersFinancial ReportingGather relevant financial and operational data necessary for tax analysis and compliance Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements Coordinate with external auditors during financial auditsTax Management and ComplianceLead tax planning and compliance efforts, including preparation and filing of tax returns Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial dataCommunication and CoordinationLiaise with internal departments, external advisors, and tax authorities to facilitate tax-related activities Communicate tax requirements, deadlines, and updates to relevant stakeholders within the organizationEducation Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Economics Qualifications+5 years experience in finance, accounting, fiscal sector, and tax optimization initiatives Strong understanding of management control principles, including performance measurement, cost accounting, and process optimization Proven ability to drive change and implement process improvements within a complex organizational environment Leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic initiatives Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to implementation Adaptability and resilience in navigating organizational dynamics and driving change in a dynamic business environment Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power , Excel, BI, Tableau) Fluency in EnglishADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way BUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organization CLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction EARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into
