About the job The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Cloud‑Native AppDev Architect to join us in this role you will work with enterprise customers. You’ll need experience with Cloud‑Native and application modernization Micro‑services including service mesh and asynchronous messaging systems. You’ll guide the on‑site delivery and implementation of modern Red Hat technology. You will focus on delivering quality work resulting in a positive customer experience while building broad and deep technical expertise in Red Hat’s cloud technologies. As an Architect you will gain an understanding of our customer infrastructures with a particular focus on Red Hat OpenShift and business needs and you’ll make recommendations appropriate to customer environments.What you will doServe as a subject matter expert at the customer site addressing customer technical development or strategic IT needsConstantly learn about new technologies and apply these concepts to customer needsProduce quality results and provide support to more than one project in multiple industries and various types of projectsKeep stakeholders updated on actual or potential issues that may affect project or company performanceManage problem identification system architecture definition and software specification as well as the design testing and deployment of open‑source solutionsProvide written project documentation that can be distributed within Red Hat and customer management teamsAdapt to changing customer requirementsStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and OPL practices with their practical applicationWhat you will bring8 years of experience and advanced knowledge of middleware technologies including enterprise web or middleware development project experience with application integrationExperience working in a consulting or related roleExperience with enterprise‑wide deploymentsAdvanced knowledge on Red Hat OpenShift and Microservices frameworkExperience with AI and Machine Learning Operations is a strong plusIts nice to have certification of leading cloud service providersOn‑site presence at the client’s location if necessary and requestedAgile methodology approachDemonstrated experience communicating value progress and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders and diverse audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianExceptional analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbout Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions using a community‑powered approach to deliver high‑performing Linux cloud container and Kubernetes technologies.
