Job SummaryToptal is hiring a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the AI platform and build customer‑facing product features. This is a remote, full‑time role that requires a product‑centric leader with strong data and AI experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead an agile team, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination, focusing on AI‑driven product capabilities.Translate AI platform capabilities into customer‑ and talent‑facing product experiences that deliver measurable business value.Define scope for new product features and ongoing feature improvements.Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.Break down complex problems and use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction and validate AI‑driven solutions.Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team.Run research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks.Take ownership of identifying and solving complex product challenges that align with short‑term goals and long‑term initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.At least 3 years of proven product management experience.Proven ability to lead products end‑to‑end from discovery to launch, iteration, and scale.Experience managing the development and launch of mobile, desktop, and web applications.Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices.Experience designing, launching, and iterating on AI‑driven product features that deliver measurable business outcomes.Experience building and orchestrating intelligent workflows to solve problems at scale.Comfort with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data and conduct research with users.Strong data‑driven decision making and customer‑centric approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with agile methodologies with globally distributed teams.BenefitsRemote position; communications and resumes must be submitted in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
