Posizione: Solution Designer Sede: Italia Modalità: Remote (5 volte all'anno in presenza presso cliente) IL TUO RUOLO Siamo alla ricerca di un* Solution Designer con esperienza nella definizione e progettazione di soluzioni IT complesse. La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con architetti, engineering lead e team di sviluppo, garantendo coerenza tra requisiti di business e soluzioni tecniche implementate. Responsabilità principali Organizzare workshop di raccolta requisiti e mappatura dei processi Partecipare alle sessioni TDA (Technical Design Authority) fornendo contributi sul disegno architetturale Guidare la definizione delle soluzioni tecniche per i sistemi in gestione Fornire chiarimenti tecnici durante lo sviluppo e supportare l’implementazione Ottimizzare le soluzioni in corso d’opera secondo evoluzioni progettuali e necessità di business Redigere documentazione tecnica e di progetto Supportare le attività di User Acceptance Testing (UAT) e risoluzione dei difetti Requisiti Esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni IT complesse Conoscenza di architetture software moderne: cloud-native, microservizi, API-driven Capacità di analisi tecnica e problem solving Familiarità con metodologie Agile e DevOps Esperienza con strumenti di modellazione come UML e ArchiMate Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, orientamento al lavoro in team Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di tecnologie AI/Agentic AI (es. AWS AgentCore) Cosa offriamo?
