On behalf of a global leader in R&D and Manufacturing of innovative Healthcare Solutions and Technologies, to strengthen its IT Corporate Department, we are currently looking for the:CORPORATE SAP SPECIALISTSupport the implementation of projects and changes activities in Finance and Sales areas by proactively collaborating with the ERP Team and supporting the Business in carrying out its duties. She/He contributes to the management and improvement of IT services in order to meet the demand of Internal Customers (Business Departments).Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze system improvement in agreement with key usersImplement solutions independently or in collaboration with external consultantsManage the roll out of projects in different countriesSupervise the correct functioning of the system, periodically checking for anomalies and missing informationCollaborate proactively in the management of Incidents and ProblemsManage and implement user access policies (Segregation of Duty)Carrie out the validation tests of the system and participates in the Internal and External Audit programsOrganize and manage training courses for ERP usersPerform data management activitiesDay to day support and maintenance of the production environment including system monitoringEnsure that the process designs comply with requirements, established methodologies, and best practicesEnsure business system implications are communicated to the businessParticipate in process mapping, including process flows, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, etcEducation, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSAP HANA certifications are an added valueGood knowledge of the following ERP system modules: SD, FI.Knowledge of SAP HANAGood knowledge of the Finance processGood Knowledge of data exchange using EDI as well as integration of associated standards, e.g. EDIFACT, IDOCSGood Knowledge of software validation best practices (GAMP Example 5)Knowledge of the Project and Service Management processes Good knowledge of EnglishGood analytical and relational attitudesA great sense of responsibilityAbility to manage more than one project together with daily activityItalian and good knowledge of EnglishTravel availabilityOFFICE LOCATIONTORINO AREA (Piemonte).
