Predictive Analytics Specialist Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? At Zurich, we’re seeking a Senior Predictive Analytics Specialist to help us advance our pricing capabilities for Motor insurance. Business Unit: Italy, MilanOffice: Pricing (Predictive Analytics)Department: CUO - Chief Underwriting Office Required Experience: Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields What You’ll Do: Lead the development, validation, and annual review of statistical, actuarial risk, and behavioural models for Motor insurance Manage and assess data from both internal and external sources, ensuring it meets quality standards and is suitable for modelling Drive pricing analysis and optimization for renewals and new business, working closely with the Retail Pricing office Pioneer and apply innovative data analysis techniques—including machine learning and data science—to enhance Motor pricing processes What You’ll Bring: Strong written and spoken English skills 3–5 years’ proven experience in predictive analytics, statistical modelling, or actuarial analysis within non-life insurance Solid math and analytical abilities, supported by your degree Programming skills in SAS, Python (data analysis in Python is a plus), or R Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with WTW Emblem, Classifier, and Radar software Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
