La rete distributiva di Etro include inoltre 20 punti vendita travel retail che estendono l’esperienza di acquisto del brand ai maggiori aeroporti internazionali, oltre ad un’accurata selezione dei principali department store e boutique multimarca sul canale wholesale.We are looking for full‑time Client Advisors to join our stores, including department stores, in the Milan area.She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage - Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony - Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products - Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business - Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies - Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication - Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines - Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandiseFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policiesKey Requirements- Deep passion for fashion and luxury - Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies - Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude - Ability to adapt to different customers - Team-playing attitude - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic environment - Fluent in english. Another language is a plus
