Role:

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to become the key finance partner for our Italian brands. In this role, you will help ensure the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of our business in Italy, working closely with local and international stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys ownership, thrives in an international environment, and wants to contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of a fast-paced organization.

This is a fully remote, 12-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payments processing, and reconciliations
Posting Italian passive invoices and reviewing the registration of foreign passive invoices
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Tax compliance duties, including VAT returns, tax filings, and liaising with external consultants and tax advisors
Managing treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring,
