Per il nostro Customer Service & Demand Management Team, stiamo cercando una risorsa (bcontratto a tempo determinatob) da inserire nel team di Customer Service che si occuperà della gestione Front Office dei clienti italiani e stranieri; avendo l’opportunità di lavorare per Brand Globali quali Tempo®, Nuvenia®, TENA® e Demak'Up®.Descrizione del RuoloQuesto ruolo, riportando al Customer Service & Demand Manager Italy, prevede un supporto amministrativo tempestivo ed efficace sia ai clienti che al team di vendita, garantendo l’allineamento con le procedure e le linee guida aziendali.Cosa FaraiGestione ed elaborazione di ordini e fatture, garantendone l'evasione, la fatturazione ed il pagamento nei tempi corretti, seguendo il processo stabilitoGestione delle richieste interne e dei clienti riguardo la disponibilità dei prodotti, i prezzi, i tempi di consegna e lo stato degli ordini, assicurando un'elaborazione precisa e tempestiva delle richieste (post-vendita)Collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali quali produzione, magazzino, trasporti e distribuzione per monitorare lo stato degli ordini e risolvere eventuali problematiche relative ai clientiPredisposizione ed analisi di report e statistiche al fine di monitorare in modo accurato le attività di vendita e le performance aziendaliGestione e aggiornamento dei database aziendali, garantendo l'accuratezza dei Dati dei Clienti ed il monitoraggio dello stato di ordini e consegne, supportando nella creazione di report e analisi statistiche quando richiestoChi SeiLaurea in discipline economiche o percorsi affiniPrecedente esperienza preferibilmente in ambito Customer Service nel settore GDOFluente in lingua italiana e preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglesePadronanza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare Excel; la conoscenza di Power BI è considerata un plusConoscenza preferita di SAP R3Capacità di Problem Solving e orientamento al risultatoComunicazione efficace con attitudine al lavoro di squadraCapacità Analitiche con attenzione al dettaglioCosa OffriamoSalario competitivo, buoni pasto e benefit aziendaliSmart working fino a 2 giorni a settimana, per un migliore equilibrio tra vita privata e professionaleAmbiente di lavoro inclusivo e collaborativo, con un forte focus su empowerment e innovazionePercorsi di crescita personale e professionale, con formazione continua e reali possibilità di sviluppoUn'opportunità concreta per costruire una carriera stimolante contribuendo in modo significativo all'organizzazioneApplication End Date:21 gen 2026Job Requisition ID:Essity #J-18808-Ljbffr
