This broad product offering makes it a one‑stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.Position OverviewYou will be part of the Data & Analytics function, working closely with the Business functions to perform high‑impact, advanced analyses and create high‑quality, transparent, effective reports that best support decision making. As a BI Analyst, you will be part of the central team.blue Data & Analytics team, one of the pillars of team.blue strategy, and the priorities and collaboration in the team are aligned daily with full involvement from team members and the management. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform business strategies, improve customer processes, and drive overall performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and a passion for uncovering trends and patterns within complex datasets. You will interact directly with several different stakeholders (business functions, product owners, top management, etc.), besides the data engineering part of the team.Your profileYou are self‑driven, ambitious, collaborative, and able to effectively and independently translate new ideas into concrete measures. You can communicate with all levels of the organization and translate the technical language into a more business‑friendly language when translating business requests into technical solutions. Part of the role will be to deliver according to time constraints and focus on more projects simultaneously. The right candidate can cope with this and has a proven track record from similar positions.ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. The analytical toolkit ranges from statistics to advanced analytics / machine learning engines, depending on the use case.Translate data insights into meaningful and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across various departments, understanding business objectives and requirements.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to key decision‑makers.Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement.Be able to understand the technical setup of data sources / structures and interact with the more technical data engineering part of the team, for an efficient workchain ranging from raw data to final business reports.Understand or quickly learn business concepts in the domains of marketing, finance, PE, M&A and more.Education and work experienceAdvanced degree in STEM subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, etc.), Economics, or relevant work experienceAt least 5 years of relevant experience, working in business intelligence, ideally in a related industryDemonstrable track record in developing data intelligence solutions that are stable and high performing; provide business value; and use resources efficientlyTechnical skills requiredProven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.Proficiency in analytical frameworks (Excel, R/Python).Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau (preferred), with experience in designing and delivering cross‑functional, custom analytical solutions.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.Right to WorkAt any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.
