JinkoSolar is offering an internship opportunity for an Admin Support role based in Italy. What You’ll Do Assist in updating vacation and leave records in internal systems Support invoice uploads and document tracking in FSSC and SharePoint Assist with office supply orders and basic facility coordination Support internal communications and scheduling Learn to manage benefits documentation and liaise with service providers Help maintain organized digital archives and HR documentation Ideal Candidate Based in Italy (Padova or nearby preferred) Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment Fluent in English and Italian Available for a flexible internship schedule What We Offer Mentorship and training from experienced HR professionals Exposure to international HR operations Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects
