You will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service, and act as a liaison between the Reservations team and other hotel departments.Your main responsibilities will include:Overseeing and coordinating daily reservations activities and workload distributionEnsuring all bookings are accurately processed, entered, and confirmed in the systemMonitoring room availability, rate strategy, and inventory in collaboration with the Revenue ManagerHandling VIP and special requests with attention to detail and personalized serviceSupporting and training team members to maintain service and accuracy standardsResponding to guest and travel partner inquiries in a professional and timely mannerReviewing no-shows, cancellations, and revenue reports to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborating closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth communication and efficiencyAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotelWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality (supervisory level preferred)Strong knowledge of reservation systems (Opera PMS or similar) and channel management toolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detailStrong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a small teamFluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiencesAdditional InformationLocation: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)Type of work: Full timeFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periodsYou must possess the legal right to work in ItalyWhat We OfferA key operational role in one of Europe’s most prestigious resortsOpportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritageCompetitive compensationProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesAccommodation, meals, uniform, and other on‑property benefitsA dynamic, supportive, and international team environmentApply NowReady to take the next step in your hospitality career?
