The main responsibilities are aimed at verifying that vessels meet international and classification society standards.Key AccountabilitiesEnsuring Regulatory Compliance: You will rigorously apply and enforce classification society rules, international maritime conventions, and statutory regulations during all survey activities. Adapting swiftly to regulatory updates will be essential to maintaining compliance and industry leadership.Providing Technical Expertise: Your role includes furnishing clients, shipowners, and manufacturers with authoritative technical advice related to ship classification, design, construction, and ongoing maintenance. Staying informed about the latest technological developments and industry innovations will allow you to apply best practices effectively.Effective Problem‑Solving: Acting as a key resource in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges encountered throughout the survey process or client engagements is critical to maintaining operational excellence and safety.Implementing Quality Assurance: You will develop and execute quality control protocols that guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of inspection reports and certifications.Client Engagement and Education: By communicating complex classification society procedures and compliance requirements clearly, you will empower clients to understand their responsibilities and the safety imperatives that underpin maritime operations.Documentation and Reporting: Your proficiency with standardized reporting templates and digital documentation tools will ensure timely, precise, and transparent survey records.
