Job Description M&A Associates: Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence. Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation. Conduct market and industry research to support deal origination and strategic advisory. Collaborate with internal teams across geographies and with external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes. Contribute to the development of junior analysts and foster a team-oriented, collaborative culture. Engage with senior management, boards, and other advisors to support complex and high-profile transactions. M&A Analysts: Support the execution of M&A transactions through detailed financial modelling, valuation analyses, and preparation of transaction materials. Assist in due diligence processes, data room management, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors. Prepare presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials to support origination and execution. Conduct industry, company, and market research to provide insights for senior team members and to help identify opportunities. Work closely with Associates and Vice Presidents to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all deliverables. Develop technical and analytical skills while contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture.
