DescriptionHow you will contributeSupport local finance manager preparing a monthly dashboard including P&L, efficiency KPIs, variances against STD and OVHs analysisCalculating and monitoring purchase and production STD costsProactively participating in Budget / Forecast processes and carrying-out actions to ensure the achievement of targetsAnalyzing and discussing plant results with financial and operations managementSupporting the management and addressing “ad hoc” topics where necessaryImproving reporting systems and outputsWho you areA University graduate in Economics or equivalent3-4 years experienced in industrial / plant controllingSolid knowledge of cost and general accountingConsolidated experience in preparing, analyzing and discussing budgets, forecasts and planning activitiesAdvanced knowledge of Office applications (in particular excel)Experience with SAP is considered a plusFluent EnglishProactivity, intellectual curiosity and resilienceAttention to detailGood attitude to interdisciplinary / cross functional teamwork and collaborative approachGood ability to manage priorities and deadlinesHands-on approach and desire to "roll up your sleeves"Positive attitude, perceive challenges as stimuliWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.Talent development is a managerial principle at Kering and we are committed to fostering internal mobility.
