The role ensures transparency in results and partners with plant leadership to drive efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling for the plantPrepare monthly management reporting and KPIsSupport CAPEX, ROI, and operational decision‑makingEnsure compliance with controlling standards and SOXQualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsExperience in plant/industrial controllingFluent English; German and/or Italian a plusStrong cost accounting and analytical skillsStructured, proactive, and business‑oriented mindsetJoining us from abroad?
