We are seeking a Product Manager on behalf of a leading multinational company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth, strategic development and lifecycle management of ETO (Engineer-to-Order) solutions and commercial‑grade products designed for non‑industrial environments. The Product Manager will also ensure that product information is well communicated to the commercial organization and fully supported throughout the business.Own the entire product lifecycle of the assigned portfolio, adapting strategies based on each product line's maturity and market positioning.Drive the development of business cases for new product initiatives and present proposals at relevant decision‑making gates.Lead product rollouts across strategic regions, including training, events, and go‑to‑market activities.Analyze cost structures, overhead allocation, and outsourcing opportunities to propose rationalization and cost‑reduction initiatives and monitor their implementation.Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor emerging technology trends.Identify long‑term market trends, including product evolution, route‑to‑market strategies, competitive landscape, and regulatory impacts.Collaborate with Marketing Communications to ensure the creation and alignment of promotional materials, tools, and messaging.Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, forecasts, and global inventory levels; Monitor product quality and propose measures to address any performance issues.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent technical background~3–10 years of experience in product management or technical / commercial sales roles~ Fluency both in Italian and English is required.Strategic planning and process disciplineProject and product leadershipTravel Requirements ~ Availability to travel between 10% and 30% of the time#J-18808-Ljbffr
