As Senior Technology Product Manager you will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations. We strongly believe in the Agile way of working that has really been embedded in our daily work. Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps for the cloud infrastructure platform, aligning with business goals and customer need. Conduct in-depth market and user research to inform product features. Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and stakeholder feedback. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, risk, and technical concepts in an accessible way. Monitor product performance and suggest improvements. Define and document product requirements and specifications. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API specifications, and release notes. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver value incrementally Translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring alignment and transparency. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities. Ability in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions. Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience. Ability to manage tasks and milestones using PM tools. Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Team player attitude, enthusiasm, proactivity, and autonomy. Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
