This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The Performance Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.In this role, you’ll get to:Define Marketing strategy for Flights Vertical (outside of pricing)Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Performance marketing)Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insightsDevelop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growthPartner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiativesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCommunicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior managementLead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team membersWhat you’ll need to succeed:Extensive Experience: 8+ years in Data Analyst position or otherwise in projects involving big data — preferably in the tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing industryBachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Math or Engineering or Economics and FinanceData-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendationsProficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS ExcelStrong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentationsStakeholder management: Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with proven strong commercial acumenPeople management experience: including hiring, coaching, and developing team membersEntrepreneurial mindset: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a get-thing-done attitudeIt’s great if you have:Experience in digital or social media marketingExperience in the online travel or e-commerce industryExperience in hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysisDiscover More About Working At Agoda:Agoda Careers Opportunity EmployerAt Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
