The selected candidate will be placed within the Plant Quality Department and will support the Plant Quality Manager in daily activities, supportin the team with the following tasks: Collection, processing, and analysis of statistical data from production processes. Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of key Quality KPIs. Support in the management of non-conformities and customer complaints, including initial analysis. Participation in root cause identification and in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaboration with various company functions in completing checklists for the launch of new products into production. Support to the Quality Management System (QMS), with a focus on managing and updating quality documentation and company procedures. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Management), Materials Science , Chemistry , or related fields. Strong interest in manufacturing processes and Quality Management Systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
