Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroProgramme Manager – Guidewire ClaimCenter (Italian Speaking)Location: Milan, Italy (primarily on-site)Language: Italian (fluent) & EnglishRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Programme Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to lead a Guidewire ClaimCenter rollout across multiple sites in Italy, followed by a phased global deployment.The role sits within a large, international insurance and risk advisory organisation, operating across commercial and specialty insurance lines, with a strong focus on technology-enabled transformation and operational excellence.This is a hands-on delivery role, requiring strong on-site presence in Milan, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, systems integrators, and regional leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end programme delivery of a Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, starting with Italy and scaling globallyOwn programme governance, planning, milestones, dependencies, and risk managementAct as the senior point of accountability across business, IT, and vendor teamsCoordinate multiple workstreams including claims operations, integration, data migration, testing, and change managementManage relationships with systems integrators and third-party vendorsEnsure alignment between global design standards and local Italian business requirementsDrive on-site workshops, steering committees, and executive updatesEnsure delivery within time, budget, and quality constraintsSupport transition from local rollout to global template and rollout strategyRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering large-scale insurance technology programmesStrong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter rollouts (implementation or major upgrades)Deep understanding of claims processes within P&C / Commercial InsuranceExperience managing multi-site and multi-country rolloutsStrong stakeholder management skills at senior and executive levelFluent Italian (mandatory) and strong English communication skillsExperience working closely with SI partners (e.g. large global consultancies)Comfortable working in a primarily on-site environment in MilanNice to Have:Broader Guidewire suite exposure (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter)Experience delivering global insurance transformation programmesFamiliarity with Agile / hybrid delivery modelsPrior experience in complex, matrixed global organisationsWorking Model:Hybrid working model, with a strong preference for on-site presence in Milan, particularly during the Italian rollout phaseOn-site engagement is key to effective stakeholder collaboration, governance, and delivery leadershipFlexibility will be considered as the programme matures and transitions into the global rollout phaseThe role offers excellent compensation , reflecting the seniority, delivery responsibility, and on-site commitment requiredIf this is you, or perhaps someone you know, please do not delay in applyingCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-18808-Ljbffr
