Their aptitude to collaborate and work across boundaries makes them a central part of the organization.Partner with the bestThis role will play a key role in enabling New Products Commercialization and go-to-market activities coordinating stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment across products solutions and services.As a GTS Strategic DTI Manager you will be responsible for :Interacting with customers in early stages of strategic initiatives designing operating and commercial service models in order to validate / refine new product solution value prop from a technical and economic standpointPreparing budget proposals and technical offering assessing in-house competencies to support and execute opportunities with the support of technical product leadership and commercial teamsManaging project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plansIdentifying all risks linked to each project setting up / executing required activities ensuring each risk is identified understood and managed with clear disclosure to stakeholdersManaging complex interactions and discussions requiring involvement from internal and external stakeholdersManaging technical economical logistical and financial aspects involved in creating the optimum solution for each projectInteracting in early stages of project development to generate demand and increase market penetration participating in project screening and applying a prioritization strategyTo be successful in this role you will :Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with proven experience in ProposalsHave a deep understanding of digital and aftermarket dynamics and its evolutionBe able to demonstrate an understanding of digital products and their value customer dynamics and decision processHave proven experience working in matrixed global organizations with multiple stakeholders and business unitsBe able to show good analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases - preferred MBAHave sound leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.Be able to demonstrate experience on Customer scouting and engagement Project Management Innovation Business Development StrategyBe fluent in English and ItalianWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer the following flexible working patterns :Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productiveWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
