Here at Amazon we are currently looking for a highly motivated Logistics Specialist for our sites based in Kocaeli/Ankara. The right candidate will support the 3PL Operations Team, reporting to the Operations Manager. The job will provide possibilities to improve at Operations & Supply Chain management in a department full of new projects. Key Job ResponsibilitiesSupporting daily operations in the site Acting as a point of contact through communication between Operations and related stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Retail and Transportation teams. Conducting analysis and monitoring main metrics and taking corrective actions Communicating by mail, telephone or face‑to‑face meetings with external partners and the Turkish and regional stakeholders Maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and taking action, with an ethical, fair and reliable behaviour in all situations Problem‑solving any issues that affect operations or that may require working physically on the ground as a supervisor or auditor of the operations across shiftsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree Advanced level of English (B2/C1) Advanced level of Turkish (B2/C1) Previous experience in operations (e.g., Vendor Flex, Fulfilment, Warehouse environment) Strong computer literacy Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially ExcelPreferred QualificationsExcellent communication skills Operational experience and Industrial Engineering background Willingness to learn Operations and Supply ChainOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
