La figura selezionata si occuperà dello sviluppo commerciale dell’area di competenza, coordinando la rete vendita e garantendo la corretta implementazione delle politiche aziendali. Avrà un ruolo strategico nell’ampliamento del portafoglio clienti, nella gestione dei rapporti con rivenditori e consulenti e nell’organizzazione delle attività promozionali sul territorio.Requisiti richiesti Esperienza nel ruolo di area manager, coordinatore o market developer;Ottime capacità relazionali e di leadership;Conoscenza del settore benessere, comfort o prodotti per la casa;Abilità nella pianificazione commerciale e nell’analisi dei risultati;Disponibilità a muoversi su base regionale/nazionale.Offerta Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con prospettiva di lungo periodo;Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali;Piano incentivi legato alle performance e alla crescita dell’area;Formazione commerciale e manageriale a carico dell'azienda.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries Research Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
