You have unique opportunity to start up the central Trade Marketing function at Bolton International. The central trade-marketing team develops and harmonises go-to-market activities and tools, supporting countries and categories in a matrix organisation to ensure consistent and high-performing commercial execution. ResponsibilitiesOrganize data reports and format (eg: sell-in, sell-out, and plan building blocks) Provide trade marketing and category management guidelines to BI countries (e.g., promotion policy, in-store activation, shopper marketing, assortment recommendations, channel strategy) Triple net mapping and risk analysis (with CoE Sales) Facilitate best practice sharing Develop trade storytelling materials Qualifications5-7 years in Sales and Trade Marketing within a multinational FMCG company. Strong background in Trade Marketing is a must. Willing to travel. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
