Sede: Palma, MozambicoDurata progetto: 2024–2027Rotazione: 60/15Vitto e alloggioConstruction Manager con solida esperienza in progetti internazionali di grande scala, per un incarico relativo alla realizzazione di un 9500 men camp nell'area di Afungi.La figura sarà responsabile della supervisione completa delle attività di costruzione, garantendo sicurezza, qualità, rispetto dei tempi e corretta gestione delle risorse.ResponsabilitàSupervisione delle attività costruttive secondo le specifiche tecniche e i requisiti contrattuali.Gestione delle operazioni di cantiere: HSE, produzione, materiali, risorse e controllo qualità.Supporto alla pianificazione e monitoraggio dell'avanzamento lavori.Coordinamento con autorità locali, enti regolatori e stakeholder del progetto.Gestione e supervisione dell'utilizzo di impianti, mezzi e risorse operative. RequisitiAlmeno 15 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Construction Manager su progetti analoghi.Esperienza documentata nella gestione di lavori del valore di 80–100 milioni di euro.Competenza nella gestione documentale tecnica e di qualità.Conoscenza dei contratti e delle condizioni legate alla fornitura del calcestruzzo.Laurea in Ingegneria.Buone capacità di leadership, autonomia organizzativa e problem solving.Mandatoria conoscenza della lingua inglese e portoghese / spagnola.MS Office.
