Our role is to support American and international clients interested in purchasing property in Italy by providing strategic guidance, coordination, and cross-border advisory services.Role Overview The Real Estate Broker will collaborate with VITA ESTATES in anindependent, advisory capacity , working alongside Italian real estate agencies to support international buyers throughout the property acquisition process. The role focuses onlocal market expertise, coordination, and client support , ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for U.S.-based clients purchasing property in Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with licensed Italian real estate agencies on residential and investment transactionsSupport international clients during property searches, viewings, and negotiationsProvide local market insights on pricing, locations, and investment considerationsCoordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and notaries during the transaction processAssist with timelines, documentation flow, and transaction milestonesProfile We Are Looking ForBased in Italy,ideally located in Tuscany but flexible on locationProven experience in residential and/or investment real estateExcellent English communication skills, both written and spokenProfessional, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable working with international clients and cross-border advisory teamsAvailable occasionally for Zoom meetings outside standard Italian office hours (early morning or evening)Part-time and demand-based , with flexibility depending on client flowProject-based, independent collaboration (not employment)Opportunity to increase involvement over time as international demand growsLong-term collaboration potential as VITA ESTATES scales its advisory servicesVITA ESTATES does not act as a real estate brokerage in Italy or the United States and does not perform licensed brokerage activities.
