In keeping with the values of integrity and quality, KPMG Deal Advisory offers an integrated and constantly evolving portfolio of services, with insights that allow investors and entrepreneurs to respond to their needs over an M&A process.The Transaction Services team is part of Deal Advisory, providing support in M&As, from the pre-deal evaluation to the post-deal integration or separation.Our professionals assist national and international, large and mid cap private equity firms and corporate clients in identifying financial risks and opportunities of their acquisitions, sales and joint ventures, helping them in transactions such as buyouts and disposals.When you join our team, you will be working closely with private equity houses, M&A advisors, entrepreneurs and managers at all levels.
