Your ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage comprehensive supply chain plans that ensure alignment with production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory targetsRegularly assess inventory levels, production capacity, and lead times to optimize stock and reduce operational costsWork cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow and product availabilityIdentify and evaluate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier issues, transportation delays, market changes and implement mitigation strategiesDevelop contingency plans and alternative sourcing options to reduce risk exposure and ensure continuity in supplyMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations, such as order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and supplier performanceParticipate in continuous process improvement by analyzing existing workflows and suggesting process optimizationsYour Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or procurement with solid knowledge of supply chain principles and operationsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate risks and develop effective mitigation strategiesAdvanced proficiency in using supply chain management tools and ERP systems, particularly SAP (Key User experience is a plus)Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Business Intelligence systems, to manage data and analyze trendsPrevious experience in SCM/Logistics in a manufacturing company, with a preference for experience in the automotive sectorStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts, assertively push projects forward, and build constructive relationshipsLanguage skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageousOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‑edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
