Risorse Professional, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Middle e Senior Management, ricerca per realtà operante nel settore Personal Care Appliances, parte di un gruppo internazionale con presenza EMEA e forte orientamento all’innovazione e alla crescita sostenibile:Senior FP& ALa posizione riporta direttamente al Finance Director Italia ed è responsabile delle attività di Financial Planning & Analysis, Performance Management e Decision Support del team Italia.Responsabilità:Analisi dei risultati mensili e supporto al performance management;Gestione dei processi di budgeting e forecasting;Analisi delle performance vs piano e supporto alle decisioni del management;Sviluppo di business case e valutazione di rischi e opportunità;Collaborazione con il team Finance Italia ed EMEA su progetti di miglioramento continuo.Requisiti Essenziali:Laurea in Finanza, Economia, Contabilità o discipline affini;Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito corporate finance;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Spiccate capacità analitiche e quantitative, unite a solide competenze comunicative ed executive presence;Comprovata capacità di collaborazione e di costruzione di relazioni a tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione;Approccio da business partner, con capacità di influenzare e supportare il management.Plus:Sap;Work day adaptive.Offerta:Inserimento a tempo indeterminato CCNL Commercio;RAL indicativamente 50.000€ - 55.000€ + Bonus.
