Contribute to something meaningful.SheConnects is a social-impact venture based in Milan, Italy, reconnecting highly skilled Afghan women—who lost their right to work under the Taliban regime—to the global job market as freelancers through ethical, remote work.As we enter a critical fundraising phase, we are looking for advice of a senior Fundraising Consultant to mentor our two visionary founders, Abdul Kamyar, and Sediqa Sharifi to support early-stage fundraising through strategy, and strong networks.This is a high-level advisory role. You will not be responsible for day-to-day execution. Instead, you will guide fundraising strategy, strengthen our readiness, and leverage your network to help us access the right funding opportunities at the right time.We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to contribute to something meaningful and use their experience to create real social impact.Mentor two visionary founders on fundraising strategy and decision-makingAdvise on grants, foundations, impact investors, and early-stage capitalLeverage your existing fundraising and investor network to open doors, make warm introductions, and guide outreachAct as a trusted strategic advisor during our growth phase10+ years of experience in fundraising, grant-making, impact investing, venture capital, or startup financeA strong, relevant network of funders, donors, foundations, or impact investorsDeep understanding of early-stage and impact-driven fundraisingStrategic, generous with knowledge, and mission-drivenA genuine interest in women’s economic empowerment and social impact6–8 hours per weekFully remote, with flexible scheduling
