Overview
In this role you will shape and deliver the regional retail learning strategy to improve store performance. You will work with senior retail leaders and partners to tailor learning for Italy and South East Europe, closing capability gaps and driving commercial impact. You will lead diverse training programs across owned and franchise stores, coach trainers, and measure learning outcomes to continuously improve. This role offers strategic influence on development initiatives and hands-on leadership of a regional training team, with a clear impact on store execution and customer experience.

Responsabilità Shape the regional retail learning strategy aligned to business priorities
Identify capability gaps and design practical learning solutions with SMEs
Lead delivery of programs using trainer-led, digital, virtual and hands-on methods
Coach and develop in-store and franchise trainers to ensure brand consistency
Build partnerships with senior retail leaders, HR, franchise teams, and store leaders
Measure impact of learning using data and feedback to drive improvement
Manage learning budget, vendors, and external partners
Support onboarding and ongoing engagement for store teams
Lead and develop a regional team of Retail Training Managers
Gather first-hand store feedback to inform priorities and execution
Requisiti fondamentali Minimum 5 years experience in retail, preferably apparel/fashion/FMCG with track record in developing others or training
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales and customer service, plus experience designing/delivering learning programs
Experience coaching/mentoring trainers or learning champions in retail or franchise environments
Proficiency with adult learning principles and modern learning technologies
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence across functions
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Coaching or facilitation qualification (ICF or CIPD) or progress towards one is an advantage
Fluent in English; Italian and/or SE European languages are a strong advantage
