Job DescriptionDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth in the packaging sector. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in packaging production processes. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality packaging solutions. Analyze financial performance and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and competitiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and packaging clients. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations within packaging manufacturing. Identify and seize market opportunities to expand the company\'s presence and strengthen its position in the packaging industry. Report directly to the Board, providing transparent updates on progress, performance, and strategic initiatives The Successful ApplicantA successful Managing Director should have: Proven leadership experience within the packaging industry, ideally in industrial/manufacturing environments. Extensive experience in sales and business development, including managing commercial teams and driving profitable growth in packaging markets. Strong track record in strategic planning and end-to-end operational management. Excellent financial acumen with the ability to make sound, data-driven business decisions. Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and manage diverse and cross-functional teams. Solid experience in stakeholder management, customer relations, and negotiating with key clients and partners in the packaging sector.
