Partner with the best Job Summary For Lawyers and non‑lawyers supporting the commercial side of the business including contract development and agreement management external customer sales of products and services government contracting. Expertise within a field comprising different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes. Communicates solutions across own function with impact on other functions. Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Lawyers and attorneys supporting commercial activities. Responsible to advise management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. Handles communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Ability to communicate complex messages to others. Acts frequently as a project leader in projects involving the business and other functions. Projects have a long‑term horizon (2–3 years).
