We are looking for a Budget & Planning Manager to join our Budget and Planning team. The candidate define and monitor yearly and multi-yearly budget for Cross Engineering areas in collaboration with T&D community (PM, Technical Teams,…) & Stakeholders outside T&D (Finance, Procurament). They will manage a team to ensure planning and administration activities are in place. Great leadership skills, collaboration and details oriented. The candidate will manage Budget for a specific area of the business, also the candidate will be part of the Budget & Planning team, collaborating with other Engineering Planner to consolidate Budget/Forecast.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Preparation budget/forecast plan for projects in collaboration with Development Functions, Technical teams and leader of T&D;
  • Monitoring engineering spending for the department and related deviations (on monthly basis);
    including internal and external spent
  • Team manager that ensure motivation and support of their team members;
  • Analysis and resolution (check economic coverage) for activating external suppliers, requests for materials development and external bench activities;
  • Hand out reporting, using chart, graphs, Power Point in order to present the status of the budget to specific owners;
  • Database management;
  • Evaluation (Hour/Cost) in collaboration with Development Functions, for engineering activities in response to Product Requests/Initiatives;
  • Quickly inform the affected technical areas of any issue related to delays, spending and drive the implementation of the corrective action.
  • Suppliers Orders: “RdA” and “RdC” issue and management, collaboration with Purchasing department to collect required info and to get the PO release.
  • Accounts Receivable Invoicing process: to require feedback from Suppliers and Product Development Functions, managing Good Receipts


REQUIREMENTS (including education, competences & years of experience):

  • A Bachelor/masters degree in Engineering or Finance
  • Good English Knowledge - C1 - both spoken and written
  • Motivated, curious, attention to details and proactivity
  • Previous management experiences is a plus
