Lending Officer

GRS Recruitment are looking for a Lending Officer to join our client's team in Nicosia and play a key role in supporting customers throughout the lending journey from application to completion. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support retail loan applications, credit facilities and lending administration. Communicate with customers, gather documentation and provide regular updates. Prepare and maintain accurate customer and credit files. Monitor loan repayments and customer accounts, escalating issues when needed. Deliver professional, responsive customer service. Support the day-to-day administration of our invoice discounting platform. Prepare reports and provide general support to the Retail Lending team. Ensure all activities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements. CANDIDATE PROFILE Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail with a practical, analytical approach. Customer-focused, positive and eager to learn. A team player who can also work independently.
