OverviewJob Description DXC Technology is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant – Time Management, PA, OM. We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM). The ideal candidate has up to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and is fluent in English, both written and spoken. The consultant will work on HR systems optimization and support both ongoing operations and international projects.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP HCM modules: Time Management, PA, and OMAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsHandle customization, testing, go-live activities, and post-go-live supportPrepare and maintain functional and technical documentationCollaborate with global teams on international rollouts and initiativesManage incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement activitiesRequirements3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM (Time Management, PA, OM)Strong configuration skills and understanding of HR processesAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyFluent English – both spoken and written (mandatory)Experience working in international environments is a plusSoft SkillsTeam player with excellent communication skillsProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailCustomer-oriented and results-drivenProactive and flexible approach to workLocationMilan with smart working possibilityCompany and NoticeAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
