MansioneRandstad Office Talent Selection, divisione specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati e alta professionalità, seleziona per importante realtà multinazionale, leader globale nella produzione di dispositivi e accessori per il networking e la videosorveglianza professionale:B2B MARKETING SPECIALISTLa risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Marketing locale e avrà il compito di supportare la pianificazione e l'esecuzione delle strategie di comunicazione B2B, contribuendo alla crescita della brand awareness e alla generazione di domanda nel canale business.Cosa offriamo?Inserimento diretto in una realtà internazionale in forte espansione, giovane e dinamica.Inquadramento: Contratto a tempo indeterminato.RAL: Range 30.000€ - 35.000€, valutabile in base all'effettiva esperienza.Sede di lavoro: Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI)Modalità di lavoro: Full-time in presenza (No Smart Working).ResponsabilitàDi cosa ti occuperai?Strategia B2B: Supporto nell'esecuzione del piano marketing per le linee di prodotto business (Networking e Sorveglianza).Content & Localization: Sviluppo e localizzazione di materiali marketing (presentazioni, brochure, case study, newsletter) e strumenti di supporto alle vendite.Digital Marketing: Gestione operativa di campagne digital, aggiornamento contenuti web, email marketing e social media target B2B.Eventi: Supporto nell'organizzazione di fiere di settore, webinar ed eventi partner.Channel Marketing: Collaborazione con il team Sales per attività di lead generation e ingaggio del canale distributivo.Reportistica: Monitoraggio delle performance delle campagne e analisi dei risultati.CompetenzeChi stiamo cercando?Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o Economia.Esperienza: 2-5 anni in ruoli di Marketing B2B, preferibilmente maturata nel settore IT, Networking o Tecnologico.Lingue: Indispensabile ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (scritta e parlata) per l'interazione con l'HQ e la gestione dei materiali globali.Competenza nell'uso di strumenti digitali (CMS, Email Marketing, Social Media).Doti di copywriting e capacità di gestione fornitori/agenzie esterne.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
