Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with our HR/People & Culture in Italy to support daily operations, improve our team processes, and help foster a positive, engaging workplace culture. This is an ideal opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to launch a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with administrative tasks for new hires, including preparing welcome packages, scheduling orientation sessions, and updating employee files.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and digital employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and assist with posting open roles on job boards.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team events, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.
- Process Improvement: Assist in drafting HR policies, guides, and training materials.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide day-to-day administrative support and participate in special International People & Culture projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a genuine interest in people operations.
