SENIOR RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for an engaging and proactive Senior Receptionist t to join our team from March to September/October 2026. As part of the Front Office team, you will coordinate daily reception and concierge operations, supervise staff, and support management in ensuring smooth operations in line with the standards of excellence of Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano . Supervise employees and assist with daily tasks to ensure efficient Front Office operations • Focus on Front Desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services • In the absence of the Front Office Manager, oversee operations, provide direction and feedback to the team, and train new staff members • Assist guests effectively with inquiries, restaurant reservations, and experience bookings • Offer constant support to colleagues and hotel management • Monitor guest stays, ensure their needs are met, and respond promptly and courteously to complaints and feedback Front Office Manager Emotional intelligence: sensitivity to guest and colleague needs, with the ability to manage personal emotions in challenging situations • Fluent in English (Italian knowledge is a plus) • Own car • A role within a luxury and sustainability-driven hospitality environment • Professional growth opportunities and continuous training • A passionate team that values people’s well-being and nurtures talent • Training on Relais & Châteaux standards, quality, and industry regulations We invest in continuous training with personalized development paths, guided by experienced managers and oriented toward excellence.
