Our operations adhere to strict European and ENAC regulations, with our ATO certified as EASA IT.ATO.0003. We maintain a highly skilled team of professional trainers and aviation experts, constantly improving our training programs. With a diverse fleet of aircraft and simulators, we provide comprehensive training opportunities. Our in-house CAO is exclusively dedicated to our aircraft fleet of over 23 aircraft.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Hangar Support Staff (Aircraft Maintenance Helper) located in Rome. The role involves assisting in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Certifying Staff Team. The role includes shift work on a 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern.QualificationsInterpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesKnowledge of Safeguarding proceduresPrevious experience in equipment or aircraft maintenanceAbility to work effectively in a teamDegree or certification in Aviation Maintenance or related field (desired)Strong problem-solving skills
