We are currently seeking a Product Development Assistant as part of ourFine Fragrancesteam in Milan: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations. Analyze the positioning of the products for each market and establish propositions for new products; Analyze and develop the product mix: concept creation, packaging/design development, olfactive development, etc.; Define the necessary support elements to achieve successful new product launches, in connection with communication, merchandising and trade marketing; Ensure smooth communication with internal and external collaborators; Follow-up the realization and advancements of on-going projects in the right timing; KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Degree in Marketing or Related Field; Strong interest in the world of Fragrances and/or motivation for Beauty Sector in general. An experience in Marketing or Product Development will be a plus; Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, business savvy, originality, intuition; Leadership and Personal- Collaboration, communication, dependability, autonomy, flexibility, initiative, proactivity; Fluent in English (written and oral conversation); Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus.
