Operational & Digital Marketing Specialsit Lord&Berry is an independent, Made-in-Italy beauty brand founded in 1992 and based in Milan, distributed in 30+ countries. We blend timeless elegance, professional performance, and a contemporary vision of beauty. We are looking for an Operational & Digital Marketing Specialsit to join our Milan office and support our international business . You’ll work across marketing, digital, and operational activities , helping drive our growth and day-to-day execution. We’re looking for someone with a positive, hands-on attitude , strong attention to detail , and a willingness to take ownership of projects. Marketing & Sales Support (B2C) Support day-to-day marketing and sales activities Help implement marketing programs and initiatives Maintain and update marketing materials (presentations, sales sheets, price lists, product manuals, brand books, style guides) Maintain databases and assist with presentations (Excel, Word, Canva) Coordinate logistics for customer visits and makeup artist activities (demos, materials, catering) Manage showroom inventory and support visiting clients Support marketing and fashion events Digital & Social Media Support com storefront and future online stores Coordinate digital and social marketing activities Assist with website updates (content, imagery, promotions) Support webstore/email marketing (promotions, newsletters) in coordination with Social Media & Community specialists Content, Email & Web Marketing Create and upload copy and images for the brand website Draft and send email marketing campaigns Communicate with clients, affiliate partners, and digital networks Conduct basic keyword research and web statistics reporting Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness Use web analytics tools to monitor performance and suggest improvements Support paid media activities with digital agencies Help manage contact databases and lead generation Support PPC and affiliate marketing activities Help maintain and operate lordandberry.com (front-end/back-end) Coordinate with software agencies on website performance and updates Support product updates, maintenance, and development projects Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset Passion for beauty, luxury and fashion High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) , Canva , and confident use of AI tools (e.g. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and e-commerce (Magento is a plus) Excellent Italian and English (written and spoken) A creative, dynamic, international workplace Hands-on experience across marketing, digital, and operational areas Collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams A 9–12 month training period with the possibility of full-time employment If you are passionate about beauty and eager to contribute to a fast-moving, Made-in-Italy brand, please send your CV to
