Responsibilities Design Lead will drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of design, product strategy and innovation, partnering with clients to envision and deliver experiences that create measurable business impact. You will own the entire product development lifecycle: identifying opportunities, shaping concepts, and ensuring solutions meet both user needs and client objectives. You will take primary responsibility for project execution, guiding multidisciplinary teams in day‑to‑day engagements, while contributing hands‑on to key deliverables with quality and resilience, and building strong client relationships that enable follow‑on work.
