We are hiring an Electrical Project Leader for our Assago (Milano) office. The resource will be part of the internal engineering team and will supervise and coordinate the design of HV / MV / LV systems, with an EPC approach, for Power sectors (generation, transmission and distribution), renewable energies and industrial environment in general, both for Italy markets and abroad.ResponsibilitiesAct as the Tech Lead for assigned projects.Owner of the assigned Projects document list, responsible for the correct issuing of the documents, as per time schedule.Check and validate documentation issued by external or internal collaborators, of each discipline.Identify and propose cost‑optimized solutions proactively.Support Proposal Engineers during the bidding stage.Depending upon the type and complexity of each Project, the responsibilities of the resource may include also the development of engineering documentation, encompassing but not limited to:Design calculationsElectrical schematicsPurchasing Specifications – Technical Instructions to BiddersLayout and installation drawingsCable waysEarthing systemRequirementsElectrical Engineering degree or technical school graduation with a focus on electrical engineering.Italian mother tongue.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained in Contractor Companies or System Integrators.Knowledge of electrical calculation tools for networks and cable sizing.Proficient with the MS Office package.Availability for short site missions, particularly during the commissioning stage of designed systems.Self‑starting spirit, flexibility, adaptability, and a result‑oriented approach.PreferredProficiency in both written and spoken English.This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198 / 2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
