Negli ultimi mesi, Ardonagh Italia ha annunciato una serie di acquisizioni e nuovi lanci, diventando uno dei primi 10 broker in Italia.Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Communication & Event Coordinator da inserire nel nostro team, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare la presenza del brand e supportare la comunicazione interna ed esterna. La risorsa si occuperà inoltre del coordinamento delle attività relative all'organizzazione di eventi aziendali.Responsabilità principaliGestione della comunicazione interna ed esternaGestione delle campagne sponsorizzate (social ads)Organizzazione e coordinamento di eventi aziendali e promozionaliCollaborazione con influencer, partner esterni e fornitoriGestione delle attività di sponsorizzazione ad enti esterniGestione e crescita dei profili social aziendali (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, ecc.)Creazione, pianificazione e gestione del piano editoriale mensileRealizzazione di contenuti creativi: post, stories, reel, video e copyMonitoraggio delle performance digitali e analisi dei risultati (reportistica e KPI)Attività di ufficio stampa e relazioni con i mediaRedazione e invio della newsletter periodica aziendale RequisitiFormazione in Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini3-5 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (preferibile nel settore assicurativo o finanziario)Ottima conoscenza dei principali social media e strumenti di digital marketingOttime capacità di scrittura e comunicazioneCreatività, autonomia e capacità organizzativaAttitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento ai risultatiBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese Cosa offriamoInserimento a tempo pienoAmbiente dinamico e in crescitaOpportunità di sviluppo professionaleRetribuzione commisurata all'esperienza.
