The European organization plays a strategic role, serving a highly demanding and sophisticated market.To support its growth, we are looking for a highly technical and customer-oriented professional who can bridge engineering, product management, and the end customer.As Application Engineer – Europe , you will be the central link between:Engineering teams at global headquartersThe European R&D CenterEuropean product management and marketingDealer network and end customersYour mission is to engineer optimal machine–attachment solutions that solve customer challenges, enhance machine versatility, and support sales growth across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer application requirements (demolition, recycling, landscaping, material handling, etc.) and recommend the best machine–attachment combinations.Perform hydraulic system calculations (flow, pressure, peak power) to ensure compatibility with various attachments (breakers, grapples, augers, tilt rotators, etc.).Create and manage technical documentation: hydraulic interface specifications, mounting bracket concepts (in collaboration with design teams), installation guidelines.Lead validation and testing of machine–attachment combinations, ensuring performance, safety and reliability meet European regulations and customer expectations.Act as the highest-level technical reference for the European dealer network and key end-users on attachment integration, troubleshooting and optimization.Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal sales teams and dealer sales/service personnel.Provide on-site support for complex installations and critical field issues when required.Represent the “Voice of the European Customer” within Product Management and R&D during the product development process.Research and analyze European market trends, competitor solutions and emerging attachment technologies.Provide structured feedback and requirements to influence future hydraulic system design and control software (e.g. programmable flow settings) for excavators, wheel loaders and skid steer loaders.Support the sales team on key
